My First Entry

Here is a card I put together based on this week's sketch, MOJO 127, from Mojo Monday. I've been following them for a few months now and really like the templates that they put together, but this is my first time participating in the posting. Hopefully I can begin to do it more often!

Cute New Flower Technique!

Can I just say how much I love these flowers that I just learned how to make on Mercy Klein's blog? I saw them first on Krista Fenton's blog on a super cute card she made with them.

All four of these cards were ones that had been started in some way but didn't work for what I wanted at the time so they were side aside in the "pieces" drawer or box. Over this past long weekend, I decided to pull these pieces out and finish them/ create something from them.

Winter & Spring

It's been awhile in between posts for me, but here are some of my recent projects.
Two winter themed cards and two spring themed. The two butterflies in the spring themed cards are pieces of fabric that I ran through my Big Shot and then used embroidery floss for the body of the small one. What do you think?

Christmas Time is Here!

The Thanksgiving holiday gave me a
chance to work with the new Christmas
Design Paper in this year's Holiday Mini
and I love it!

Sweet Treats

My first creation using Stampin' Up!'s new
Sweet Treat Cups. These are really fun and make
a fun, unique card.

The butterfly on this card is fabric that was die cut.
Love this technique.

I used Crystal Effects on the bug to make him
three dimensional. This stamp is part of a cute
level 1 hostess set.

New Fall Cards!!

Finally, here are a few cards inspired by my favorite season. Each card features a different color from SU's In Color family. Enjoy.
(I love playing with my new Top Note die from SU!)

I'm so happy this worked; it's real birch bark!
